Sorry Keith, but this little guy is my best running buddy. Reihle, our yellow lab, is always excited to go, happily wags his tail the whole time and never leaves me in the dust when I'm running a little bit slow. At 10 years old, (70 years old in "people years") he's still a pretty impressive runner. The long training runs will be too much for him, but he's always up for 3.5 miles at the reservoir - our favorite place to run - which we did this morning. It felt good.
