bloggin instead of runnin
So, if you must know, I had a hard, long, tiring day at Ford Motor Credit and really didn't feel like working out, and since I had this blog looming on my mind, I decided to put this together instead of running. As this blog will hopefully be a good tool to further my/our training, it seemed like an ok decision. Probably not a great decision though, as I lounge here on my Grandma's red chair I practically stole from her, reflecting on my day of sitting in a chair at work for 8 hours and then sitting on my couch for another 4 - I am not a fast blogger and it took me at least 2 to figure a new blog out-. However, I will give you a snapshot of my first week of training - last week. 4 miles on Monday, 3 hilly miles on Tuesday, 14 miles mountain biking on Friday, 7 miles on Saturday. See, not a total slacker!
